CLG Series & Documentary

Alongside the recent roster changes at CLGs NA team and release of their european division, the organization has more announcements in the store! What can we expect from them in the future? Counter Logic gaming has announced their brand new CLG Premier series tournament, and a documentary coming up in January!



CLG Premier Series



CLG is excited to announce the CLG Premier Series (CPS), a North American tournament produced by Well Played Productions in coordination with CLG.



The CLG Premier Series will be a 16 team tournament containing teams from the North American 5vs5 Premade Ladder. Every team will be placed into four groups of four. The top two from each group will advance to a double elimination Best-of-Three bracket. Teams that would like to participate have the time until Friday, January 18th at 11:59 PM PST to climb the ladder as high as possible in order to qualify for the tournament. The group stages will begin on Monday, January 21st with matches that will continue until the tournamant comes to an end on Sunday, January 27th. CLG will be having a prize pool of $ 10,000 but all future projects of the tournament series will depend on revenue generated through sponsorship and the viewers. All the revenue will be made public and all will be used for future events of the series so long as it continues.









CLG Documentary



CLG is also proud to announce the upcoming documentary. The documentary will be free for everyone who wishes to see it, but donations are welcome and will be used to recover the costs of producing the film. The director of the film, Max ‘s0r3‘Sims, will also be doing an AMA on Reddit on the day of the documentary’s release on January 13th.
