Greetings summoners! In this week’s Legendary or Lame, we have news on the the upcoming tournaments, the rumour of a upcoming ARAM queue, a new champion rotation, the champion and skin sale and the Summoner Showcase.





Season 3 Online Tournament Streaming Information



Legendary or Lame Week #7The top 32 highest-ranked teams from EU and NA will compete online for a chance to earn a spot as a League of Legends Championship Series professional team. The top eight teams from the online tournament in each region will then advance to the qualifiers. The North American qualifiers will be held in Los Angeles from January 11th-13th, and the European qualifiers in Warsaw, Poland from January 25th-27th. ARAM Queue



Legendary or Lame Week #7With the increased population of ARAM games after Riot has added the Proving Grounds map, there is a rumor going around about the possibility of an ARAM queue. On the German forums, where summoners were asking for ARAM as a game mode, Rioter Saergi has responded by posting the following:

Kinners, als ich gesagt habe, dass wir euch gehört haben, da hiess das: wir haben all euer Feedback gelesen und alles weitere wird ausdiskutiert. Ihr wisst, dass uns viel an eurer Meinung liegt und dass wir diese auf jeden Fall in betracht ziehen, dass war aber keine offizielle Bejahung eines neuen Spielmodus.





It’s basically saying that Riot has heard and read the community’s feedback, and the opinion of the community is very important. But this is not a confirmation of a new game mode.





New Champion Rotation



This week’s champion rotation consists of Anivia, Galio, Gangplank, Janna, Lee Sin, Morgana, Nami, Nocturne, Rammus and Varus! This is the first time that Nami is free to play, so make sure to try her and the other champions out if you haven’t already.
